to live

Giving young minds the skills to learn and live happier lives.

Think you know sport? Think again

School shouldn't just be about sums and science books. It should help us learn to live healthy lives, full of wellbeing.

Covering areas such as empathy, conflict resolution, assertiveness and emotional awareness children will not only develop excellent core life skills but complete 45 mins of physical activity at the same time! Every child’s progress is monitored throughout the programme through task sheets provided at the end of each lesson. Children will also be asked to complete an Emotional Intelligence survey at the start and end of the programme (developed by The Imperial College of London) to help measure the impact of the course.

What's Included...

Schools can request our highly skilled team of coaches to deliver the 6 or 12 week programme or purchase the Wellbeing Through Sport pack and deliver the sessions themselves once teachers have completed the training. The pack includes:

  • Lesson Resources: lesson plans; task sheets; emotional awareness emojis
  • Core Life Skills Display
  • Staff training
  • Emotional Intelligence Survey
